High Tea at Pennisula hotel

Friday 1 June 2012

Recommended as one of the best high tea places in Hong Kong, The Lobby, located in the lobby (hehe) of The Pennisula Hotel was a must try.

We walked there from ocean terminal shopping centre ( the long way in 31 degree heat. Thanks sis!). The hotel was very nice with very high ceilings, beautifully kept stone carved features and surrounded by expensive shops all around in the Pennisula arcade.

There was a line but we only waited for 10 minutes before a table was ready.

We ordered a classic afternoon tea for two! ($528 HKD)

My sis got the Pennisula afternoon tea and I got the Assam tea.

The food came out really quickly and it looked delicious!

So much food it was delicious, luckily my little nephew eats a lot so he helped us finish the entire 3 tier platter :)

After we finished they brought us a refreshing pineapple panacotta.
